Pathways to Hope Crisis & Transitional Housing provides a safe, supportive space where survivors can find security, rest, and compassionate care after experiencing crisis or trauma. Survivors may connect with Pathways to Hope through law enforcement, child welfare, emergency services, or by reaching out on their own. Regardless of how they arrive, our goal is to serve as a bridge between the chaos of crisis and a future grounded in safety, stability, and hope.

Our home-style transitional housing allows survivors to pause, breathe, and begin healing in an environment that values dignity and choice. We work alongside each survivor to stabilize immediate needs and develop an individualized plan for next steps. Support may include advocacy, case management, access to mental health services, and connections to long-term housing or supportive programs that align with the survivor’s unique circumstances.
